Share Your Story – Become Part of Watford's History
As part of Rifco's 25th Anniversary celebrations, we're creating Fifteen Years of Rifco: Watford's Stories – a unique audio documentary in partnership with Watford Borough Council.
For the past 15 years, Rifco has proudly called Watford home, bringing unforgettable stories, music and theatre to audiences across the town and beyond. Now we'd love to hear your story.
Have you attended a Rifco show? Have you laughed, cried, celebrated or made memories with family and friends at the theatre? Has Rifco inspired you, connected you to your community, or become part of your life in Watford?
We're inviting people of all ages and backgrounds to share their memories, experiences and stories to help create a lasting record celebrating the voices of the people who have shaped Rifco's journey.
We're looking for stories about:
-Your first Rifco show.
-Favourite productions or memorable moments.
-Family traditions around going to the theatre.
-What British South Asian theatre means to you.
-Growing up in or around Watford.
-How arts and culture have shaped your connection to the town.
-Memories of Watford's changing cultural landscape.
-What community, identity and belonging mean to you.
