Herts Inclusive Theatre is the leading inclusive theatre company in Hertfordshire. Leading the way for 22 years, we are a multi and national award-winning charity.

Belmont Theatre is an established multi-award winning resident theatre company which usually performs three times a year at The Pump House Theatre , Watford, Hertfordshire. The group rehearses in the Carpenders Park Community Hall.
Although an amateur company, run entirely by volunteers, we strive for excellence in all theatrical matters and perform a wide variety of productions (classic dramas, comedies and thrillers), which often sell out.

Pump House CYT is a volunteer run, open access Youth drama group that has been going for nearly 50 years. Our aim is to provide young people of all backgrounds the opportunity to perform on stage. We strive to achieve the highest standards possible while keeping an enjoyable, learning environment.

The Palace Youth Theatre (PYT) meets weekly during term time and consists of 3 professionally-led youth theatre groups split by age. Groups work on a variety of projects, with opportunities to access rarely-seen back of house areas. All PYT groups offer performances for friends and family at the end of the term.

The Actor's Cafe provides expert, concise acting tuition from experienced teachers who are also industry professionals.
The courses support students to develop in their ability to create truthful acting performances. As a natural result of exploring the craft of acting - students learn more about themselves through character exploration, and so a natural bi-product of the course is the growth of the students self-development.

The Pump House Theatre Company was formed in the early 1970s to provide first class amateur theatre for the local community. Since then the Company and Pump House itself have developed and improved beyond recognition, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the original pioneers and growing number of volunteers over the years.

Over the past 30 years Theatretrain has put young peoples’ performances first, pioneered by the lifelong achievements of our Artistic Director and Founder, Kevin Dowsett, who has taught a generation of actors including Kelly Brook and Catherine Tate and Denise Gough.
