These are a few of the most common questions and conversations I have with people when they visit me at the ‘House of Amma – The Art of Living’.

Living life creatively for over 22 years, means that I’ve found ways to answer these questions for myself.

What I’ve also learnt is that these answers aren’t just for me, the principles behind them are definitely ones that can help others too.
